Warning: New Scam Targets Corporations

It has recently come to our attention of a scam being directed to corporations not only in Pennsylvania but outside of Pennsylvania as well.  The unsuspecting corporate entity receives a form in the mail requesting the corporation to file its corporate minutes, to send the form to the company along with the payment of a fee in the amount of $125.00.   Please see the following link to the Pennsylvania Department of State Corporations Bureau regarding important information concerning this scam.
