Leventry, Haschak & Rodkey, LLC Business Development Update
2011 was another successful year here at Leventry, Haschak and Rodkey, LLC. And with January behind us, 2012 is off to a great start
Last year, our Business Development efforts centered on technology and the way our clients use it. The result, our new website (www.LHRKLaw.com).
In October, the site was re-launched featuring some of the latest options businesses are offering customers to interact with them online. Our “Client Services Portal’ features online bill bay, our client intake forms for new clients, information on our areas of practice, educational materials on various topics, access to our quarterly newsletters, and even detailed driving directions to our office. We hope to save our clients valuable time in obtaining detailed information on our firm. In addition, we have made numerous updates to the technology within our office, including new personal computers for members of our staff, new software packages for Real Estate and Estate Planning Departments, and a new network server which helps us back up and store our data more efficiently.
As we move into our 2012 plan, the focus will now expand into how we can best communicate with our clients and ensure we are providing them with the most current information on their cases and capture their feedback on what areas of the overall process we can improve upon. One Way We are doing this is by having face-to-face meetings with our business clients. During the first quarter, members of our staff will be scheduling visits to various client locations. During our visits, we are meeting the clients and their staff, learning more about their day-to-day operations and making ourselves available for the client outside of regularly scheduled meetings. In short, we are proactively going to our clients to ask what else they need from us.
