Timothy Leventry is the managing partner of Leventry, Haschak & Rodkey, LLC. Mr. Leventry is ready to work with businesses or individuals and assist them with the following practice areas, all of which he focuses his practice on: Real Estate, Estate/Trust Planning and Estate Administration, Elder Law, Business and Corporate Law, Commercial Banking, Municipal and Tax Law, Construction Litigation, Sewer and Water issues, and Public Housing matters. In 1982, Mr. Leventry earned a Legal Masters Degree in Taxation from Georgetown University.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Leventry owns and manages approximately 120,000 sq. ft. of commercial and residential real estate in Western Pennsylvania.
